Adam Gaytan

Adam Gaytan 37 of Dumas, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Funeral Service is scheduled for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Iglesia Aposento Alto with Pastor Jose Contreras, officiating. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive friends from 9 o’clock in the morning until service time at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Adam was born on November 23, 1984 in Van Horn, TX to Jesus and Adriana (Martinez) Gaytan. Adam was raised in Dumas and graduated from Champs High School in 2003. His favorite hobby was music and writing music. Adam had a gentle heart, he loved his family and loved people. He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Marcos and Maria Martinez; paternal grandparents: Jesus and Rosalia Gaytan.

Adam is survived by his mother: Adriana Gaytan of Amarillo, TX; father: Jesus Gaytan of Cactus, TX; son: Riley Gaytan of Bonham, TX; siblings: Jesus Gaytan of Amarillo, TX, Rosalia Lerma of Dumas, TX, Adrian Gaytan of Dumas, TX, Orlando Gaytan of Amarillo, TX, Elsa Gaytan of Amarillo, TX, Guadalupe Gaytan of Cactus, TX; numerous other extended family members.
