Adan Castillo

Adan 'Gordo' Castillo Jr., 36 of Littlefield, died on Monday, December 10, 2018. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o'clock in the evening on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Iglesia Aposento Alto with Pastor Jose Contreras officiating. Public viewing will be from 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the rosary at 6pm. Burial will follow in the Dumas Cemetery beside his father under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors. Adan was born on February 24, 1982 in San Juan, TX Adan P Castillo Sr and Maria Manuela Moreno. He grew up in Littlefield and graduated from Littlefield High School in 2000. Adan contributed a lot to his community of Littlefield. Adan loved big trucks and would always refer to them as his babies. Adan was a very giving person and was always willing to help anyone in need. Adan also loved to dance and sing. The family would like to thank the community of Littlefield for all their love and support of Adan through the years. Adan's legacy will live on and he will never be forgotten. Adan was preceded in death by father in 1988 and by his grandparents, Enrique and Maria Castillo of Littlefield. Adan is survived his mother, Maria Moreno of Pharr, TX; siblings: Mirthala Balderas Moreno of Montemorelos, N.L. Mexico, Gilberto Balderas Moreno of Houston, Usbaldo Castillo of Dumas, Adrian Castillo of Ardmore, OK, Antonia Castillo of Amarillo, TX, Juan Garcia of Dallas, TX, Thomas Rodriguez of Amarillo, TX and Guadalupe Rodriguez of Tucson, AZ; several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.
