Andrea Flores Williams, 61, of Dumas, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Lupe Mayorga, as celebrant. The rosary will be recited at 6 o'clock in the evening on Thursday at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Andrea was born on January 9, 1957 in Plainview, TX to Andres and Rosa (Torres) Flores. She was united in marriage to Rodney Williams in 1981 in Dumas and the couple was blessed with two children. Andrea was a very crafty woman and was an excellent painter. She loved to read her bible and listen to old music. Her greatest joy was her family and grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and loved to spoil. She was a member of the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister: Socorro Rios; and two brothers: Daniel and Juan Flores.
She is survived by her two children: John Paul Williams and wife Maria of Dumas and Misty Williams of Dumas; siblings: Ignatia Flores, Yolanda Flores, Annie Cobos and husband Robert, Hector Flores, Mauricio Flores and Andres Flores and wife Chastity, all of Dumas; grandchildren: Arthur, Noah, Gideon and Wyatt; the father of her children, Rodney Williams of Dumas; and numerous other extended family members.
