Barbara Hatch

After battling a long illness, Barbara Hatch passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at NWTH-ICU. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Barbara was born on October 31, 1957 to Norman and Julia. She was raised in California and truly enjoyed the time she spent there and spent many days swimming in the ocean. Later in life, Barbara would marry Brian Hatch.  Barbara had retired from being a dispatcher and was working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Texas Tech University. This dream had to be put on hold, however, as she became ill and lost her sight. She requested her ashes be scattered off the coast of California.  Barbara and Brian wish to thank everyone for their amazing support, (especially our DISD family); as we felt the overwhelming thoughts, prayers, and outgoing love, every minute of every day.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of the home; sisters: Kay Reveer and Connie Jordan: stepsons: Freddie and Lorenzo Hatch.
