Betty Rolinda Blair

Betty Rolinda Blair, 76 of Stratford passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023.  Memorial Services will be held at a later date under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Betty was born on September 1, 1946 in Iola, KS to Clyde and Ida (Michael) Hays. She grew up in Virgil, KS where she graduated high school.  She was united in marriage to Earl Blair on September 17, 1965 in Emporia, KS. The couple lived in various places until they settled in Stratford in 1985.  Betty was a very hard worker and loved taking care of her beautiful yard and flowers.  She was also an excellent cook known for her cookies, sweet bread, and dinner rolls that she made for her friends and church family.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Stratford.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 brothers.

Betty is survived by her husband Earl Blair of the home; son: Bryan Blair and wife Brenda of Great Falls, MT; daughter: Lori Blair of Amarillo, TX; grandchildren: Brittany Montalvo and husband Diego, Brandon Blair, Bradley Blair, Zachary Blair and wife Chantelle; great-grandson: Dakota Blair; brother: David Hays and wife Barbara of Salina, KS; sister: Elvie Aikens and husband Charles of Wilsey, KS.
