Billy Ray Rawlings

Billy Ray Rawlings 77 passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in Dumas, Texas. Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 29, 2008 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Carrington, pastor of United Pentecostal Church officiating. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Billy was born July 04, 1930 in Borger, Texas to Marshall and Arlene Rawlings. Billy worked for Phillips Petroleum at the Sneed Plant for many years before retiring. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Survivors include; daughters, Mary Garcia and husband Johnny of Lubbock; Joanna Phillips and husband Kerry of Stinnett; Rosie Brown of Amarillo; son, Danny Rawlings and wife Linda of Haslet, TX; nine grandchildren; nine great grand children; and one sister, Marsha Long and husband Michael of Little Rock, AR.
