It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Brock Town, age 36, on January 10, 2025. His life, though tragically cut short, had a childhood that was filled with laughter, love, and the kind of kindness that touched the lives of everyone he encountered. His big and bright smile and infectious laugh were an amazing gift to others. His journey in life may not have been easy but for those of us who lived with him, our lives are forever changed and challenged. We are blessed with the time that we were granted to know him.
He leaves behind his parents, Karen Town from Conroe, TX and Bruce and Linda Town from Spearman, TX; his sibling, Crocket Town, lives in Tomball TX; grandparents: Cliff and Marilou Town of Dumas, TX and Warren and Elaine Hall from Pharr, TX along with numerous other extended family members. His passing leaves a void in the lives of those who loved him, but his history of kindness, laughter and love will live on. His smile and charming banter will be what I remember the most. He was caring and considerate in his best times right to the end.
A service to honor his memory will be held at Morrison Memorial Chapel, in Dumas Texas on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon with Pastor Seth Seale officiating. The family welcomes those who were touched by Brock’s life to join in celebrating his beautiful spirit.
Please always remember to be kinder than necessary to everyone you meet, because everyone is fighting some kind of battle. Brock will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. May his soul rest in peace.
