Buddy Richesin

Buddy Richesin, 67, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2009 in Dumas. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jay McGaughy, pastor of Temple Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Buddy Richesin was born August 27, 1941 in Midland, Texas to John and Dolie Richesin. He worked for Diamond Shamrock as a billerloader for 45 years. Buddy was a volunteer fireman for the Dumas Fire Department for 20 years. He had been a resident of Dumas since 1965. He was preceded in death by a step-son Dennis Curbo. Survivors include; his wife Alma Richesin of the home; step-son, John Curbo of Amarillo; brother Mickey Richesin of Albuquerque, NM; and 3 grandchildren. The family will be at 321 Morton in Dumas.
