Carl G. Lee

Carl G. Lee 76 passed away Sunday, September 30, 2007 in Dumas, Texas. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Guest, pastor of Hunt Memorial United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors. Carl was born September 4, 1931 in Bennington, Oklahoma to Clarence and Alice Lee. On June 7, 1951 he married JoAnn Gillaspie who preceded him in death on February 2, 2007. Carl retired from Contel Telephone Co. in 1987 after 35 years of service. He had been a resident of Moore County since 1960 and was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include; son, Mike Lee of Dumas; four daughters, Jan Floyd and husband, John of Dumas, Jenna Beth Rammage and husband, Joe of Dumas, Karla Hill and husband, Joe Mack of Abilene, TX, Kelly Voos and husband, Kelly of Dumas; sister, Iva Andrews of Calera, OK, brother, C.H. Lee of Deer Park, TX; ten grandchildren, Angie Lester, Stephanie Lee, Jobe Rodgers, Allison Lee, Brooke Voos, Drew Floyd, Kendra Lee, Keegan Voos, Ryan Floyd, Jeffrey Rammage; and nine great-grandchildren.
