Cathy Foster

Cathy Foster, 65 formerly of Dumas, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 o'clock in the morning on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Foster, pastor of the church, officiating. Private family burial will take place at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Cathy was born February 26, 1951 in Riverside, CA to R.N. and Mildred (Coble) Crane. She was united in marriage to Larry Foster on August 8, 1968 in his parent's home in Guymon, OK. Cathy loved flowers and working in her yard. Her greatest joy came from watching her two grandkids, Braden 'Doodlebug' and Broc 'Sweetie', in all their events and sporting activities. Cathy had been a resident of Dumas for 34 years and was of Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her father. Cathy is survived by her husband Larry of the home; two daughters: Angie Foster of New Braunfels and Tisha Wootton and husband Randy of Dumas; grandchildren: Braden and Broc Kinikin; mother: Mildred Deger of Clarendon; sisters: Barbara Jackson and husband Rick of Cleveland, TN and Carol Talley and husband Tracy of Concord, NC; her special fur baby Prissy and numerous other extended family members. The family suggests memorials be made to Texas Children's Hospital, 6621 Fannin St., Houston TX, 77030.
