Creede is survived by his parents: Ashley Eslick and Blake Cook of the home; siblings: Tessa and Lane Cook of Dumas; maternal grandparents: Lee and Teresa Eslick of Dumas; and paternal grandparents: Craig and Laura Cook of Amarillo.
