Diane Robison, 62 of Dumas, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2012. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Morrison Memorial Chapel in Dumas. Jonathan Zerby, minister of Sunray Church of Christ will be officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Diane was born on December 5, 1949 in Pampa, Texas to Leroy and Artie Mullins Robison. She worked in the home health industry as a caregiver until her retirement. Diane had been a resident of the Dumas community since 2008. She was a member of the Sunray Church of Christ. Diane loved her family deeply, especially her beloved dog and companion, Scooter. She had a great love for all animals, and had numerous dogs throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Artie Robison. Diane leaves behind her sister, Marilyn Owens and husband Art of Riverton, Wyoming three nieces, Teela Watson and husband Wade of Decatur, Shelly Lanners of North Richland Hills, and Angie King of Decatur one nephew, Tim Lanners of Sunray one great niece, Kursten King of Denton two great nephews, Hagen King and Ty Watson, both of Decatur her beloved dog and best friend, Scooter and numerous other extended family members. The family suggests memorials be to the ASPCA, Attn: Gift Processing Center, P. O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 200906929. The family will be at 516 Floyd in Dumas.
