Dianna was born on August 12, 1951 in Amarillo, TX. She had lived in Dumas for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her brother: Elton Moats; sister: Rose Grady; grandson: James Keith Sutton. Dianna is survived by her sons: Brian Friese and wife Shannon of Dumas, Terry Whitman and wife Michelle of Amarillo; brother; John Moats of Amarillo; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
