Dulcie Angela Kinder, 48 of Dumas passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11:00 o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Temple Baptist Church with Beau Blue and Jonathan Zerby, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors of Dumas.
Dulcie was born on December 9, 1968 in Winchester, WV to Raymond and Dulcie (Turben) Lowe. She was a resident of the community for 23 years and was employed at Great Plains Nursing and Rehab. On May 24, 2014, she married Bud Kinder in Dumas. Dulcie enjoyed crafts, crocheting and was an avid Pepsi lover. Most importantly, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren; her family brought her great joy. Dulcie was of Baptist faith and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her sisters: Ruth Elizabeth Lowe and Patricia Maria Lowe; brother: Raymond Lowe, III.
Dulcie is survived by her husband Bud, of the home; daughters: Ashley Lowe and fianc Michael Blue of Dumas, Kayla McCoy and fianc Cesar Gonzalez of Arlington and Cora Rogers and husband Kory of Sunray; sisters: Sharon King of Amarillo and Ramona Fitzgerald of Coffeyville, KS; brothers: Charles and Mark Lowe of Amarillo; nine grandchildren: Emma, Jayven, Breygan, Blayke, Maekenna, Braison, Cambriee, Ava, Evie; her Great Plains Nursing and Rehab family; and many close friends.
