Estella Perez

Estella Perez 60 passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007 in Amarillo, Texas. Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Hector M. Medina of Arlington, Tx. officiating. Burial will follow in Dumas Cemetery. Estella was born November 22, 1946 in Beeville, Texas to Masimo and Esther Coronado. On January 10, 1966 she married Elias Perez in Earth, Texas. She had worked for five years at Memorial Hospital as a dietary aide and thirteen years at Wal-Mart. She had been a resident of Dumas for 36 years and was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ester Coronado and four infant brothers. Survivors include: her husband, Elias Perez of the home; son, Elias Perez Jr. and wife, Sandra of Dumas; Four daughters, Minerva P. Arenivar and husband, Angel of Wichita Falls, TX., Rosalie Philom and husband, Som of Murfreesboro, TN., Roseanne P. Franco and husband, Manuel and Rebecca Apodaca and husband, Rick both of Amarillo; brother, Ricardo Coronado of Beeville; two sisters, Mary Elida Guerrero of Converse, TX., Irene Hoyer of Bowie, TX.; and eleven grandchildren. The family will be at 220 W. 2nd in Dumas.
