Eula Gean Block

Eula Gean Block, 100 of Dumas formerly of Valley View, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 1 o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Valley View Cemetery in Valley View, TX. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Gean was born on May 18, 1915 in Valley View, TX to Blix and Lula (McCollum) Mann. She was united in marriage to William Vincent Block; he preceded her in death. Gean devoted her life to her husband as well as many extended family members. She will be missed by her family and friends. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents; twin sister: Lula Dean Loerwald; sister: Ruth Collicott; son: Billy Dean Block; and brother: Euel Bunk Mann. Gean is survived by two nieces and two nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-great-nieces and nephews.
