Frances Oleva Zarecor

Frances Oleva Zarecor, 77 of Dumas passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Northlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Damon Akins, pastor of First Assembly of God, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Frances was born on February 2, 1940 in Bakersfield, CA to James and Essie (Herron) Samples. She was united in marriage to Jesse Lee Zarecor, Jr. in 1953 in Dumas; he preceded her in death on January 29, 1982. Her favorite hobbies were crocheting, cross-stitch, embroidery, and quilting. Frances was very spiritual women and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Era Zaricor, Wilma Dean Samples, and Jean Samples; brother: Gary Samples. Frances is survived by her daughters: Tina Brown and husband Carl of Herington, KS, Pamela Winkler and husband Douglass of Buhler, KS, and Cheryl Schnepf and husband Terry of Weatherford, OK; son: Brian Zarecor and wife Josie of Kannapolis, NC; brother: Junior Samples of Cactus; grandchildren: Justin, Craig and wife Gaylynn, Krysta, Brendan and wife Sarah, and Krisha.
