Francisco Lopez Vargas

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Francisco Lopez Vargas, born on 2/2/1960 in Jalisco, Mexico. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 6 o’clock in the evening on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held in Mexico. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

He will be remembered as an amazing son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend. He passed peacefully on January 27th, 2025 in Dumas, Texas surrounded by his loved ones. He was an incredible cook and enjoyed playing cards and golf. He was a wonderful gardener and loved plants. He will be missed dearly and will forever live in our hearts.

Francisco was preceded in death by his father: Francisco Lopez Gonzales; two siblings: Raul Lopez Vargas and Crisanto Lopez Vargas.

Francisco is survived by his mother, Raquel Vargas Herrera; Wife: Rosalva Cuevas Cuevas; Siblings: Manuel Lopez, Rafael Lopez, Arturo Lopez, Jessie Lopez, Judith Lopez, Dolores Lopez; Daughters: Leticia Cuevas Lopez and Ericka Patricia Lopez; Sons: James Francisco Williams and Gerardo Lopez; 14 Grandchildren: 

4 Great grandchildren, and various nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind many friendships.
