Grady Thomas

Grady Thomas, 80, passed away Monday, February 2, 2009 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 9, 2009 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jay McGaughy, pastor of Temple Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Grady Thomas was born December 13, 1928 in Texas to John and Birdie Thomas. He worked for several feed yards including Caprock I at Gruver and Cactus Feeders. He loved horses and had two good race horses. Grady had been a resident of Dumas for 25 years. Survivors include; his son, Monty Thomas of Oklahoma City; daughters, Mary Nichols and husband Fred of Woodland, CA. and Cindy Knedal of Sacramento, CA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
