Harlan E. Kreutziger, 94, passed away Friday, December 4, 2009 in Dumas. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 7, 2009 at St. Johns Lutheran Church with Rev. Don Poole, pastor of the church officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors.
Harlan Kreutziger was born February 11, 1915 in Pawnee Rock, Kansas. On September 4, 1938 he married Ruth Gieselmann at Hooker, Oklahoma. He worked for Phillips Petroleum for 36 years before his retirement in 1977. Harlan had been a resident of Dumas for 55 years and was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and a granddaughter.
Survivors include; his wife, Ruth of the home; sons, Darryl Kreutziger and wife, Pat of Dumas, Mark Kreutziger and wife, Mona of Midland; daughters, Carol Miller and husband Cliff of Dumas, Sharon McCullough and husband, L.C. of Bozeman, Mont; grandchildren, Scott and Wendy McCullough, Lisa Kreutziger, Dwayne Kreutziger, Amber and Taylor Everett, Angela Miller and Chance Miller; great-grandchildren, Aunica and Caden McCullough and Payton Kreutziger.
The family suggests memorials be to St. Johns Lutheran Church, 207 S. Meredith, Dumas, TX 79029 or to a favorite charity.
The family will be at 318 Morton in Dumas.
