Jackie E. Collins, 84 of Dumas, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 10 oclock in the morning on Monday, October 20, 2014 at First Street Church of Christ with Chauncey Spencer, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 6 oclock in the afternoon on Sunday. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Jackie was born July 2, 1930, to John and Ollive Sedelia Bullard Banker in Rolla, KS. She had been a resident of the community since 1965. Jackie was a loving homemaker and a member of the First Street Church of Christ she will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by parents her husband: Ray Collins a son: Phillip Wayne Collins three brothers: Bob, Don, and Jim Banker a granddaughter: Cynthia Gayle Stuart. Jackie is survived by two daughters: Neoma Faye Collins Turner and husband Tom of Pampa, Sheila Rae Collins Milligan and husband Doug of Dumas a son: Richard Shannon Collins and wife Linda of Dumas, TX three grandchildren: Arthur Ray Turner, Michelle Lynn Milligan, and Stacy Ray Milligan a step granddaughter: Cindy Hall three greatgrandchildren: Alexis Renee Stuart, Trevor Ray and Austin Reese Turner three step greatgrandchildren: Shon Drake Hall, Joshua Dre and Anyiah Miranda Miles. The family suggests memorials be made to Memorial Hospice, 224 Est 2nd, Dumas, TX, 79029 or Great Plains Nursing and Rehabilitation, 315 E. 19th, Dumas, TX, 79029. The family will be at 610 Melinda Lane.
