Janet Mitchell

Janet Mitchell, 53 of Dumas, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 o\x92clock in the afternoon on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Grace Thru Faith Fellowship with Pastor Chris Condit, pastor of Hillside Christian Church, officiating. Family visitation will be from 6pm to 8 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Janet was born on October 29, 1961 in Midland, TX to Buck and Lucy (Richardson) Pool. On August 9, 2004, she married Stacy Mitchell in Borger. Janet had a very giving heart; she had a passion for helping others. Janet loved her family deeply and was a mother to many more. She was of Christian Faith and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother: Billy Joe Pool. Janet is survived by her husband, Stacy, of the home; daughters: Haley Drake and husband Cody of Round Rock, Lucinda White and husband Shea of Fritch, Lydia Mitchell and L\x92Hannah Pedigo and husband Hayden all of Amarillo; son: Kaden Mitchell of Dumas; brothers and sisters: Butch Pool and wife Ruby, Peggy Pool, Bettie Robinson and husband Roger, Shirley Ross, Jerry Pool, Jimmy Pool and wife Deborah, Martha Yarbrough and husband Terry, Glenda Ujhely, Larry Pool, Bobby Pool and wife Belinda, Judy Grissom and husband Clyde, Bonnie Browning and husband Mark, Rodney Pool and wife Marla; and five grandchildren: Ezra, Mackinzie, Joel, Luke, Petra.
