Jeannie Mclain, 80 of Dumas, passed away on Tuesday, May18, 2021. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, May 21, 2021 at Dumas Cemetery with Tommie Long, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.Belva Jean Mclain was born on May 8, 1941 in Lubbock, TX to Claude and Bernice Randolph. She married the love of her life Charlie “Chick” Mclain on March 16, 1957 in Clayton, NM; he preceded her in death on January 29, 2015. They were long time members of the community. Jeannie worked at a Day Care then went on to work for Albert’s Manor for many years. She was a loving homemaker and loved to cook. In addition to her husband, Chick, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Endsley, two brothers: Charlie and Donnie Randolph.Jeannie is survived by her son: Donald Mclain and wife Debbie of Dumas, TX; brother: Wayne Randolph and wife Gaynelle of Amarillo, TX; sister-in-law: Helen Rhodes; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family requests with gratitude memorials be made to Moore County Animal Shelter, 1830 S. Maddox, Dumas, TX 79029.
