Jimmy Don Bo Stewart, 41 of Dumas, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 11, 2012 at Temple Baptist Church in Dumas. Rev. Jay McGaughy, pastor of the church will be officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Memorial Cemetery in Sunray. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Bo was born on September 25, 1970 in Dumas, Texas to Donal and Wilma Cole Stewart. He attended school and remained a Dumas resident for his entire life. Bo was united in marriage to Patti Alexander in June, 2003 in House, New Mexico. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Dumas.
Bo worked as a truck driver, traveling across the country on his hauls. He loved being on the road and driving his 18 wheeler. He also had a passion for Tattoos. Bo loved his family dearly, as did they him. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Jones, and two brothers, Bobby Gene Putman and Louis Ray Putman.
Bo leaves behind his wife, Patti of the home his father, Donal Stewart and wife Shala of Farwell his mother, Wilma Nelson and Jerry Herin of Dumas one sister, Martha Stewart Scott of Dumas one brother, Robert Jay Stewart of Syracuse, NY three halfsisters, Marilyn Putman Hardwick and Tammy Putman Shields of Dumas, and Sharon Shelton of Stinnett three stepchildren, Brandy Ryder of Stinnett, Brittainy Byrum of Borger, and Shannon Byrum of Dumas six grandchildren, Shyann, Whyatt, James, Mark, Kaylie and Callie and three brother and sisterinlaws, as well as numerous other family members.
