JoAnn Lee

JoAnn Lee -74 passed away Sunday, February 4, 2007 in Dumas, Texas. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Guest, pastor of Hunt Memorial United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. JoAnn was born October 19, 1932 in Aquilla, Texas to Charlie and Bessie Gillaspie. On June 7, 1951, she married Carl Lee in Durant, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Dumas since 1960 and was a member of First Baptist Church. JoAnn was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include her husband, Carl Lee of the home; son, Mike Lee of Dumas; four daughters Jan Floyd and husband, John, Jenna Beth Rammage and husband Joe, Kelly Voos and husband, Kelly, all of Dumas, Karla Hill and husband, Joe Mack of Abilene; brother Weldon Gillaspie of Dallas; three sisters, Bonnie Franklin of Peoria, TX., Maurine Blocker of Garland, TX., Charlene Wingate of Hillsboro, TX.; ten grandchildren Angie Lester, Stephanie Lee, Jobe Rodgers, Allison Lee, Brooke Voos, Drew Floyd, Kendra Lee, Keegan Voos, Ryan Floyd, Jeffrey Rammage and 9 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Memorial Hospice, 224 E 2nd, Dumas, TX 79029. The family will be at 110 Dallam, Dumas, Texas.
