Lillian Virginia Brickey

Lillian Brickey, 96, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010. A Vigil will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, December 17, 2010 at Morrison Memorial Chapel in Dumas. The Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Deacon Jim Clements officiating. Interment will follow in Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors. Lillian was born on September 17, 1914 in Bryan, Texas to Andrew and Mary Michalak Kruse. She married Walter Campbell Brickey on December 10, 1942. They shared their life together in Dumas. He preceded her in death in 1979. Lillian was a homemaker and she loved taking care of her home and family. She was a member of Sts. Peter Paul Cahtholic Church. Survivors include: two sons, Tommy Wayne Brickey of Dumas and Walker Richard Bud Brickey of Tomball, TX one granddaughter, Meghan Brickey of Tomball one daughterinlaw, Kathy Brickey of Tomball and several nieces and nephews.
