Our precious Lillian Alessandra Moya, God blessed us with your sweet cry June 27, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. Lilly flower, your precious heart was so sick. Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrome takes the lives of so many precious children however, our hope and prayer was to keep you. You fought so hard for three long days after your surgery making Mommy and Daddy so very proud. In our loving arms you passed on July 4, 2011. We will long to kiss your perfect lips, hold your little hand, change your diapers, rock you and sing you another twinkle twinkle little star until that day we will meet again. For now your Nana, Greta Scott, will hold you for us in Heaven. You leave with great sorrow, your Mommy and Daddy, brothers, Warren, Gregory and Brayden one sister, Kirsten her grandparents, Ismael Moya Sr. and wife Connie of Mercedes, Texas three uncles, B. G. Homfeld and wife Theresa of Amarillo, Brad Scott and wife Traci of Amarillo, and Robert Moya of Mercedes one aunt, Brenda Moya of Dumas and numerous other extended family members. The celebration of your life will be held at Morrison Memorial Chapel in Dumas and our friend, Shannon Gillespie will be officiating. Morrison Funeral Directors have assisted so much with all the arrangements. Interment will follow in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. All our love, Mommy and Daddy Lilly was born with a congenital heart defect known as Hypo Plastic Left Heart Syndrome HLHS. Babies born with this condition require three heart surgeries for a chance at life. There are 20 percent of the babies that do not survive the first surgery.
