Lisa Nell McEwan

Lisa Nell McEwan, 50 of Dumas passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Pastor Grady Burkhalter, officiating. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock in the evening on Thursday. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Lisa was born on October 7, 1972 in St. Paul, MN to Robert and Valentina (Tanchuk) McEwan. She moved to Dumas at a young age and graduated Dumas High School in 1991. Lisa enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. She loved visiting Red River and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. More importantly, she loved being a mother to her children and grandchildren; she adored them. Lisa loved a good laugh and was young at heart. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; brother: Bobby McEwan; grandparents: Margaret Rindahl, Mary Nell McEwan, Buddy McEwan, Luba Tanchunk; uncle: Matt McEwan.

Lisa is survived by her children: Brittany Guerra of Dumas, TX, Michael Guerra of Dumas, TX, Steven Guerra and wife Kelsey of Amarillo, TX, Tiffany Jinkins of Amarillo, TX, and Bella Antuna of Amarillo, TX; grandchildren: Eli, Eric, Eyzak, Jaiven, Gavin, Kaia, Ian, Eliana, Adelina, Beverlyn, Kaden, and Zaiddon; mother: Valentina Galindo of New Jersey; sister: Stacey Shafer of Dumas, TX; cousin: Trena Volden of Dumas, TX; nephew and niece: Collier Crisp and Kristin Hoffman along with numerous other extended family members.
