Matilde Hernandez - 86 passed away Monday, February 11, 2008 in Dumas. Services will be held at 2:00 PM. Saturday, February 16, 2008 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jose Luis Moncayo, pastor of Renovacion International Ministries of Amarillo officiating. Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors. Matilde Hernandez was born July 1, 1921 in Colonia Esperanza Julimes Chihuahua Mexico to Fernando and Petra Hernandez. She had been a resident of Dumas for 15 years and was a homemaker. She was a member of Templo Elim Asamblea De Dios. Survivors include; daughters, Teresa Carnero, Antonia Carnero both of Chihuahua, Mexico and Emma Frescas of Dumas; 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
