Natividad T. Mendoza

Natividad T Mendoza, 89 of Etter, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 o'clock in the morning on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Gabriel Garcia as celebrant. Interment will follow in Northlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors. The rosary will be recited at 6 o'clock in the evening on Tuesday at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Natividad was born on September 8, 1929 in La Veracruz Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico to Regino Mendoza and Maria de los Angeles Tarango. He married Paula Mendoza on April 10, 1954; she preceded him in death on April 6, 2002. They moved to Etter in 1973 and Natividad went to work for Cactus Beef Plant until he retired in 1995. Natividad enjoyed spending his free time visiting Mexico with his friends and relatives. He was a very social, healthy and active gentleman. He loved outdoor activities like butchering hogs and goats. He also enjoyed scratching lottery tickets and a couple of Hornitos Tequila shots with his cigarettes. He was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by his parents, and son in law, Heriberto Rivero. He is survived by his children: Elpidia Rivero, Natividad Mendoza Jr. and wife Genoveva, Irene Ruiz and husband Guadalupe, Jubentino Mendoza and wife Silvia, and Rene Mendoza and wife Yadhira; grandchildren: Jubentino Mendoza, Jr., Valeria Mendoza, Eric Mendoza, Adan Mendoza, Paula Mendoza, Aaron Mendoza, Alan Mendoza, Adriel Mendoza, Antonio Rivero, Irma Frias, Merced Rivero, Guadalupe Ruiz, Jr., Leonor Ruiz, Dora Ruiz, and Leslie Ruiz; and 12 great grandchildren.
