Omar Baudelio Mosqueda 44, of Dumas, passed away early Saturday morning July 25, 2020. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2020 in Morrison Memorial Chapel at 2 oclock in the afternoon. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Omar was born December 23, 1975 in Guanajuato, Mexico to Juan and Beatriz (Covarrubias) Mosqueda. He had a strong love of animals and after graduating high school, Omar pursued an agriculture engineer degree. He came to the United States to put his degree to work and loved his job at Faria Brothers Dairy in Dumas. Omar was full of life and brought out the best in people. He loved his family and was a great brother and son and role model to his nieces and nephews. He was an extremely hard worker and he dreamed of one day achieving his goal of owning his own cattle ranch. He always found time to help others and he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Omar is survived by his mother, Beatriz in Mexico; sister: Luz Mosqueda of Denver, CO; brothers: Jose Juan, Antonio, Refugio, Sostenes, all of Mexico and Arnulfo of Long Beach, CA; his is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
