Patricia Pastrana

Patricia 'Paty' Pastrana, 53, of Dumas, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o'clock in the evening on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. The Funeral Service is scheduled for 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Paty was born March 17, 1964, in Aldama, Chihuahua, MX to Ignacio and Arcadia (Chavira) Gonzalez. She was a resident of Gruver for many years. Paty was united in marriage to Andres Pastrana in Cardenas, MX on March 27, 1982. She had an avid sense for fashion and enjoyed shopping. Paty loved to visit with friends and family and was very approachable, inspiring many to never lose faith and keep fighting through whatever battle they were going through. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was the 'glue' that kept the family together; her grandchildren were the joy of her life. They were her motivation. She is preceded in death by her father; sister, Lolita Gonzalez and brother, Luis Raul Gonzalez. Paty is survived by her husband, Andres of the home; daughters: Alva Pastrana of Amarillo, Edna Gomez and husband Alonso and Evelyn Pastrana all of Dumas; mother: Arcadia Gonzalez of Plainview; brothers: Oscar Gonzalez, Esteban Gonzalez, Armando Gonzalez, and Ricardo Gonzalez; sisters: Irma Ramirez, Isidra Ramirez, and Isabel Gonzalez; grandchildren: Edzel Balderrama, Royce, Arian, and Zara Gomez, and Amerie and Haylie Davila. The family would like to give a special thank you to family, friends, and community for their love and support.
