Peggy N. Griffin

Peggy N. Griffin, 80 of Dumas passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 11 o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.Peggy was born on July 16, 1940, in Wellington, TX to W.R. and Lois (Gardener) Harris. Peggy loved to cook and was excellent at it. She stayed active with her favorite hobbies such as crocheting and embroidery. Peggy also loved being outdoors and tending to her yard and garden. She was of Baptist faith and will be missed by her family and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Griffin; parents; son: Danny Williams; daughter: Laquita Pittman.Peggy is survived by her sons: Dale Williams of Bowie, TX and David Williams of Amarillo, TX; sister: Virginia Friemel of Dumas, TX; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
