Roberto Noel Pilo Alvarado, Sr.

Roberto "Pilo" Noel Alvarado, Sr., 65 of Dumas passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020. The Rosary will be recited at 6 oclock in the evening on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Pilo was born on March 12, 1955 to Jesus and Ramona (Holguin) Alvarado in Laredo, TX. His family and friends will remember him as a hardworking, dependable man as well as a very kind person. One of his greatest gifts was his ability to treat everyone as his own. Pilo adored his family. He was a loving and supportive husband, father, and grandfather. His favorite pastime was dancing to country and Tejano music. He was also an avid sports fan. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Sylvia Rodriguez. Pilo is survived by his wife Hilda of the home; sons: Roberto Alvarado, Jr., LeRoy Horacio Alvarado, and Justin Duane Alvarado all of Dumas; grandchildren: Elias Carbajal, Jacob Alvarado, Desiree Alvarado, Mya Valencia, Sebastian Alvarado, Alicia Alvarado, Benjamin Alvarado, Millie Alvarado, Camilla Gonzalez, Roberto "Trae" Noel Alvarado III, and Annabella Mendoza; brothers: Jesus Alvarado, Jr. and Roel Alvarado and wife Diana; and sisters: Graciela Velasquez and husband Alfredo, Hilda Guerra.
