Roberto Zubia Gallegos

Roberto Zubia Gallegos, 51, of Cactus, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 12 o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Father Lupe Mayorga as celebrant. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors. The rosary will be recited at Morrison Memorial Chapel at 6 o'clock in the evening on Wednesday. Roberto was born on March 12, 1967 in Lazaro Cardenas, Chihuahua, Mexico to David Zubia and Angela Gallegos de Zubia. He worked for Brooks Brown Farms. Roberto enjoyed horses and horse racing. He especially loved spending time with his family. A father, husband, grandfather, and brother who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father; brothers: Regino and Marcos Zubia. Roberto is survived by his wife, Karen Rincon of the home; children: Valeria Zubia and husband Jorge Granados of Juarez, MX, Roberto Zubia and wife Rebecca of Cactus, Manuel Rincon, Noel Rincon, and Miguel Zubia all of Cactus; grandchildren: Daniel Herrera Zubia, Dennise Granados, and Sofia Zubia; brothers and sisters; Adolfo Zubia, Maria del Refugio Zubia, Lidia Zubia, Evangelina Zubia, Marisela Zubia, Felipe Zubia, David Zubia, and Manuela Zubia.
