Rosa Elena Trejo

Rosa Elena Trejo, 59 of Dumas passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 o'clock in the morning on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Templo Bethel Church with Rev. Herlinda Mares, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery. A Wake Service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Templo Bethel Church. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Rosa was born on April 22, 1957 in Meoqui, Chihuahua, MX to Porfirio and Altagracia (Perez) Arenivar. She was united in marriage to Manuel Trejo on December 16, 1975; he precedes her in death. Rosa was an active crafter. She enjoyed making hair bows, some of her own clothing, as well as decorations for the home. Rosa was a loving and devoted homemaker who adored her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Manuel she is preceded in death by her parents. Rosa is survived by her children: Hugo Trejo of Dumas, Priscilla Trejo, Emmanuel Trejo, and Adrian Trejo all of Amarillo, and Damian Trejo of Dumas; sisters: Hilda Avita and Herlinda Mares both of Dumas; brothers: Ignacio and Hector Arenivar both of Dumas; 7 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
