Santos Banda Rendon, 62, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2009. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ernesto Rodriguez, pastor of the Iglesia Bautista Hispana Church officiating. Burial will be in Dumas Cemetery by Morrison Funeral Directors. Santos Banda Rendon was born September 10, 1947 in San Marcos, Texas to Marcello and Maria Banda. On December 6, 1965 she married Antonio Tony Rendon at Crosbyton, Texas. She was a homemaker. She had been a resident of the panhandle area since 1970 before moving to Bugbee Shores in 1998. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Erika Baylee Rendon. Survivors include; her husband, Tony of the home; sons, Tony Rendon Jr of Fritch, Sam Rendon and wife, Rosie of Borger, Fernando Rendon of Bugbee Shores; daughters, Sandra Rendon and Nanette Wilson and husband, Richard both of Wichita Falls; brother, Leon Banda of Hamilton; sisters, Julia Banda of Snyder and Maria Banda of Oregon; and 12 grandchildren. The family will be at 3 Yellowhammer Rd at Bugbee Shores.
