Sherry Sue (Cauthen) Samuels

Sherry Sue (Cauthen) Samuels, 68 of Paris, TX, formerly of Dumas, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Aug. 30 2015. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 4 o' clock on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Billy Irons, pastor at Shoals Baptist Church in Hugo, OK, officiating and Dallas Stringer, pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa, TX, assisting. Interment will follow at Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors of Dumas. Sherry was a very loyal servant of our Lord and was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister to a very large family. She was known and loved by many for her loving, gentle and caring heart and her wonderful hugs that would linger all day because of her beautiful perfume she would wear and often searched out in a crowd because of it so they could smell like her all day. She is survived by her husband: Eugene W. Samuels of the home; one son: Victor W. Samuels of Hugo, OK; one daughter: Crystal S. (Samuels) Ditzler of Dumas, TX; four sisters, Reva White and husband Dale of Amarillo, TX, Sammy Horton and husband Kenneth of Dumas, TX, Donna Cauthen and husband James Garnett of Pampa; one brother, Terry Cauthen and wife Carol of Dumas, TX, Lisa Underwood and husband Wayne of Amarillo, TX; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many more family members.
