Shirley Ann Woodall

Shirley Ann Woodall, 87 of Sunray, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 10 o’clock in the morning on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Brown Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Seth Seale, officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home in Sunray from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock in the evening on Thursday. Arrangements are under the directions of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

Shirley was born on May 12, 1935 to Keith and Edna Reynold in Follett, TX. She married James C Woodall on November 10, 1951. Shirley was a homemaker, painted many oil paintings and created many hand quilts and afghans. Those were created as a legacy for her sons.  She worked at the Sunray Grocery store for 10 years and enjoyed making new friends there. 

She was preceded in death by her husband James C. Woodall on November 26, 2017. 

Shirley is survived by her four sons: Gary Woodall and wife Melody, Carl Woodall and wife Brenda all of Rocky Ford, CO, Ron Woodall and wife Deb and Michael Woodall all of Sunray; sister: Lela Bell of Fritch, TX; brother: Clyde of Sunray, TX; 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
