Starr M. Molnar, 54, passed away Friday, May 21, 2010.A memorial celebration will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, May 26, at Morrison Memorial Chapel with friends and family invited to share memories. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors.
Starr was born April 8, 1956 in San Diego, California to the late Leslie and Mildred Palmer. The family moved to Amarillo in 1970 where she graduated from Tascosa High School. In 1977 she married the love of her life, Bob J. Molnar. She was a nurse for 30 years. She also worked at WalMart and Wimpys Liquor in Dumas. Starr moved to Fritch in 2008 where she loved living the simple life. The joy of her life was being a Grandma. She loved anything shiny, twinkly or glittery. She liked fishing, gardening, and long walks looking for rocks. She will be missed by her family and her many friends. Anyone who knew Starr loved Starr.
Survivors include her husband and soul mate, Bob of the home daughter, Rachel M. Hero and husband James of Amarillo Her beautiful grandson Kegan Hero of Amarillo sister, Janet MacTaggart and husband Michael of Stinnett her grandmother, Juanita Palmer of Cleburne many nieces and nephews two greatnieces, Starrlynn Gillis and Emily VanHoose and many special friends.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
