Terry Crain, 64, of Holcomb, KS, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Graveside services will be held at 11 o'clock in the morning on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Northlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dan Shipley officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Terry was born April 8, 1953 in Borger TX to Luther Willmer and Joyce (Bauman) Crain. The family would move to Dumas where Terry grew up and graduated High School. Terry served his county honorably in the United States Army where he was a motor pool supervisor. He was united in marriage to Cindy Myers on September 3, 1993 in Garden City, KS. Terry would later become an instructor of ammonia refrigeration at Garden City Community College. He loved to restore old ford vehicles and was of Christian Faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Tara Lynn Crain.
He is survived by his wife Cindy of the home; daughter: Melissa Crain of Colorado; step-sons: Matt Hill and wife Lorna of Hays, KS and Bradley Hill and wife Terra of Holcomb, KS; son: Steven Crain of the home; brother: David Crain and wife Debbie of Channing; sister: Karen Shelton and husband Carl of New Mexico; grandchildren: Sloane, Ruxin, Jocelyn and Jaylee; numerous other nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
