Thomas Corneallious "T.C." Robins

Thomas Corneallious “T.C.” Robins, 96 of Dumas, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. A Graveside Service is scheduled for 1 o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Northlawn Memorial Gardens with Ramon Muniz, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Beeson ~ Morrison Funeral Directors.

T.C. was born on February 27, 1926 to Claude and Cora (Reagan) Robins in Mt. Ida, AR. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. T.C. moved to Dumas in 1951 and went to work for Phillips 66 for over 35 years. He married Frances “Ponchita” Robins on September 2, 1976, in Dumas, TX; she preceded him in death in 2020. T.C. was a hard worker and worked his whole life. He also helped with 4H. T.C. was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his wife Ponchita he was preceded in death by his parents; daughter: Cheryl Givens; siblings: Eldie, Cora Ann, Cordellia, and Frank.

T.C. is survived by his children: Ron Robins and wife Kay of Fritch, TX, David Robins and wife Jerry of Amarillo, TX, Mark Robins of Dumas, TX, Nina Robins and wife Chris of Amarillo, TX, Sue McClary and husband John of Dumas, TX, Paul Trosper and wife Janet of Washington State, Gary Trosper and wife Dawn of Broken Arrow, OK, Misti Cantrell and husband Jason of Hot Springs, SD, Tish Robins of Dumas, TX, Kimberli Robins of Dumas, TX; 28 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren; and sister: Mattie Zimmerman.
