Vickey Ann Feller

Vickey Ann Feller, 63 of Dumas passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Cremation is under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors. Vickey was born on December 16, 1955 in Crawford County, Iowa to Donald and Viola (Campbell) Brown. She grew up in Iowa and graduated high school from Charter Oak High School. She loved to read the National Enquirer, loved animals and also her sweets. Vickey is survived by her son: Toby Wingrove and wife Liz of Dumas; grandchildren: Derek Wingrove of Brownwood, Dakota Wingrove of Japan and Zaeley Wingrove of Dumas; brothers: Donny Brown of Tom Wall of IA, and Rick Campbell of Maple, FL; sisters: Diane Vonner and husband Randy of Ricketts IA and Viola Brown of Dennison of IA; family friends: Elvia and Manual Rojas.
