Wallace Duane \x93Wally\x94 Ditzler, 49 of Dumas, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 o\x92 clock in the afternoon on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev Dallas Stringer, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Wally was born on July 12, 1965 to Wallace LaVon and Donna Sue (Alexander) Ditzler in Dumas. He was a graduate of Dumas High School. On January 13, 1990, he married Crystal Samuels and they were happily married for over 25 years. Wally was a hard worker and did everything he could to provide for his family. Many knew him as \x93The Beer Guy\x94 because he ran Wimpy\x92s Beer & Wine and Wimpy\x92s Liquor for over 21 years. Wally was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother who meant the world to all his family. Wally\x92s most unforgettable feature was his giggle after every sentence and his favorite hobby was fishing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his uncle: Don Alexander.
Wally is survived by his lovely wife: Crystal of the home; one son: Jace Ditzler of the home; two daughters: Brittany Ditzler of Grant, OK and Kayla Ditzler of Dumas; four grandchildren: Haleigh and Faith Wofford and Christian and Kaimbrie Gillespie; one sister: Belynda Jolly of Dumas; three nieces; three nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
