Dale Richardson, 50 of Dumas, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at First Street Church of Christ in Dumas with Chauncey Spencer officiating. Interment will follow in Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors. Dale was born on October 26, 1961 in Dumas, Texas to Loyd and Lois McKay Richardson. He grew up in Dumas and graduated from Dumas High School. Dale was united in marriage to Debbie Roark on June 13, 1986 in Dumas. They shared their life together and raised their children in the Dumas community. Dale was employed by Conoco Phillips. He was a member of First Street Church of Christ in Dumas. Dale was a beloved and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Dale will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loyd and Lois Richardson. Dale is survived by his wife, Debbie of the home one son, Gary Richardson and wife Xuyen of San Antonio one daughter, Becky Graubner and Marshall Cox of Chandler, OK one granddaughter, Laina Graubner of Chandler one stepgrandson, JT Cox of Chandler three sisters, Nita Edwards and husband Gary of Denver, Darla Simmons and husband Clint of Dalhart, and Randi Sangster of Amarillo one brother, Karl Richardson and wife Tanya of Dumas and numerous nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family will be at 1439 FM 2203 in Dumas.
