Wilma Bernice Miller, 69 of Fritch, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 o'clock in the morning on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Morrison Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Morrison Funeral Directors.
Wilma was born June 9, 1947 in Dumas to Delva Ray Kinikin and Wilma Lavern (Ellis) Baker. She was united in marriage to Leslie E. Miller on March 12, 1965 in Dumas; he preceded her in death on September 4th of this year. Wilma spent many years alongside her husband, many of which, included drag racing. She was very proud to be a Rose Lady for Memorial Hospital and attended First Baptist Church in Sunray. Wilma loved to spoil her grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by her father; her step-father: Melvin Baker; two sisters: Carol Yeubanks and Kathy Whitley; and brother: Richard Kinikin.
Wilma is survived by her mother; her sons: Scott Miller and wife Donna of Amarillo, TX, Byron Miller and wife Crystal of Fritch, TX and Michael Miller and Cindy also of Fritch, TX; daughters: Valerie Winebrinner and husband Bruce of Sunray, TX, Shawna Evanson and husband Wayne of Dumas, TX and Terry Robertson and husband Terry also of Dumas, TX; brothers: Gary Kinikin of Dumas, Tom Kinikin of Guymon, OK and Ernest Kinikin of Port Aransas, TX; sister: Cindy Kinikin of Dumas; brother-in-law: Bill Yeubanks of Truth or Consequences, NM; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
