Yulanda Habekott

Yulanda Gilman Habekott, 65 of Dumas, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Morrison Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Howe, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors of Dumas. Yulanda was born on May 30, 1951 in California to Edward and Cassie (Meador) Gilman. She was united in marriage to Vernon 'Jimmie' Habekott; he preceded her in death in 2011. Yulanda was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Billy and Robby. Yulanda is survived by her son, Tommy Habekott; daughters, Christina Anderson and husband Nathan of Dumas, Janice Sue Cramer of Oklahoma City, OK, Diana Foley of Amarillo; sister Sarah Beaudine and husband Kenneth of Dumas; grandchildren: Caylee, Buddy, Mason, and Andi; niece, Sherri Hardin Cook of Amarillo. The family suggests with gratitude memorials be made to a favorite charity.
